TERMS AND CONDITIONS / WEB POLICY
1. Warranty of Goods/Services
- All goods/services purchased will serve their intended functions.
2. Terms of Warranty
- All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services' information provided, unless there is none provided by the manufacturer.
3. Prices
- All prices indicated are nett. No discounts will be given unless during special promotions.
4. Delivery services
- Delivery will be sent through our local (SingPost) air parcel postage service. In the event that the purchased item(s) exceeds the allowed weight or dimensions set by the local postal office, the customer will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates (by air or ocean freight), according to his/her choice of delivery mode.
5. Payment Processing
- We only accept online payments by VISA, MASTERCARD and NETS.
- We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed. In the event that there is a technical breakdown in the billing system, we will act in the earliest possible time to keep our affected customers informed and advise them of the accurate amount for payment.
6. Cancellation of Orders
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
- In the event that the order item(s) is/are unavailable, the customer will be consulted for alternatives to his/her original order.
7. Confirmation of Orders
- We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 48 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action / alternatives.
8. Exchange & Refunds
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
